Delivery Charges
• UK Standard Delivery (2-4 Working Days): £3.99
• Free UK Delivery for orders over £100
• Worldwide & USA (15.99) Europe (12.99) Shipping (3-17 Working Days)
Important Update: There are significant delays for international orders, including Ireland, due to Royal Mail disruptions. Please keep this in mind when placing orders.
Delivery Time Estimates
• Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
• We aim to deliver within the stated time frames, but delays can happen. If your order is late, please allow an extra 1-3 days.
• We consider parcels lost only after 12 working days from the expected delivery date. Once this period has passed, we will contact the delivery company and re-send your order.
• Order Changes: Once your order has been processed, we cannot cancel or change it.
Bank Holidays: Orders around bank holidays may experience slight delays. All orders received on bank holiday weekend, are dispatched on next Tuesday.
Returns Policy
To return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Send the item using a tracked/recorded delivery service (Royal Mail preferred) to the return address below:

2. Please include the following details while returning the item, alternative email to returns@pearlypassion.com with the following details:
o Your order number
o Proof of return postage (receipt or tracking number)
o Name of the item(s) returned
o Reason for return
3. Refund Process:
o Refunds can take 10-15 days to process.
o Return Costs: Returns are at your expense. We do not offer free returns.
o No returns on clearance items.
Important Return Guidelines:
• Use a tracked delivery service. We are not responsible for items that do not reach us.
• Items must be returned with original labels/tags.
• You must return the item within 14 days of receiving your order. Items returned after this period may be denied or issued as a credit note.
• If your order was paid for with credit note, we can only reissue credit note.
• Keep your proof of postage in case we request it.
• Lost Orders: Orders are not considered lost until 30 days (UK) or 60 days (international) have passed. Only then can we issue a refund or resend the order.
• Return Costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning items. We do not provide return labels.
• Refunds apply to the item price only, not the original shipping cost.
• It may take up to 10 working days to process your return after we receive it.
Faulty Items
• Report faulty items within 48 hours of receiving them and provide evidence.
• We will offer a replacement at no extra cost. If you prefer a refund, return the item within 14 days. The return cost will be at your expense, but we will refund the original shipping cost.
